Artem Doubov

Chief Operating Officer


Artem Doubov is chief operating officer and head of finance for the Russia and CIS system of The Boston Consulting Group.

Artem has oversight of BCG’s finance, HR, and operations functions for the Moscow office, as well as the newly established operation in Kazakhstan. He is responsible for the financial planning and operational strategy of the offices, which he develops collaboratively with the office administrator, regional leadership, and the local partner group.

Artem has deep experience managing organizations in the rapidly changing external environment of an emerging market. He has opened and closed business operations in several different countries and developed complex risk-mitigation strategies. Earlier in his career, Artem was a principal in BCG’s Industrial Goods practice, where he worked with clients in the metals and mining and petrochemical industries.

Prior to joining BCG in 2011, Artem spent more than eight years working in the US for A.T. Kearney, Inc. and Bridge Strategy Group, where his engagements focused on the public sector, industrial goods, operations, and procurement.
