Daniel Feldkamp is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and People & Organization practice areas and the Center for Digital in Industrials.
Since joining BCG in 2008, Daniel has worked extensively with clients in building materials and mining. His engagements have covered a wide variety of functional topics such as digitalization, market entry strategy, reorganization, operating model redesign, and asset optimization (AO).
Daniel’s many projects include working with a leading building materials player on a holistic digitalization strategy. He also helped launch a new digital venture for a manufacturer of light-side building materials.
Daniel has spent more than half of his time with BCG working outside of Germany, in countries including the US and UK, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Mexico, and Poland.
Before joining BCG, Daniel interned with Porsche and two top-tier consultancies.
