Davide Di Domenico leads The Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice in Italy, Greece, and Turkey, and he is BCG's topic leader for digitization of the automotive value chain.
Since joining BCG in 2011, Davide has led large-scale transformation and turnaround programs for a number of global manufacturers. He has also helped a wide range of industrial companies navigate strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and the due diligence process. In addition, he coleads BCG's Center for Digital in Automotive, which helps mobility-related companies and institutions build new businesses and prepare them for the digital age.
Davide's extensive experience in digital transformation covers various facets of both digital business building and digitalization of the value chain. For example, he has supported OEM and supplier clients in developing new B2B, B2C, and B2B2C services and monetizing data, but also in digitizing the customer journey and reengineering the respective internal processes. His engagements have also covered the development and implementation of business plans, portfolio strategies, and technology roadmaps.
Prior to joining BCG, Davide was head of the European aftermarket operations for Asahi group, a tier-one automotive supplier. He previously held several leadership positions at Fiat.
