Jennifer Tankersley is a knowledge expert in The Boston Consulting Group’s Operations and People & Organization practices. Her work focuses primarily on change management.

Jennifer is a former project leader who joined BCG in 1996. She has worked across industries and functional practices. As a change management expert, Jennifer supports high-priority, large-scale change and transformation projects on rigorous program management, stakeholder engagement, and communication and leadership enablement.

She has been actively involved in intellectual-capital development, including integration of change management into other functional practice work, making "winning" change behaviors appealing and logical by leveraging Smart Simplicity principals in designing change programs, and strengthening ongoing capabilities for change through strategic-initiative management. Jennifer received the firm's Knowledge Innovation Award in recognition of her contributions.

Outside of BCG, Jennifer cofounded and ran a consulting organization that helped plan and innovate in the social sector. There she partnered with nonprofit leaders to address critical challenges and defined and implemented strategies to radically enhance impact.
