Rodolphe Charme di Carlo

Rodolphe Charme di Carlo has been with The Boston Consulting Group since 2012. He is an ambassador at the BCG Henderson Institute supporting the Strategy Lab. He is a core group member of the firm’s Public Sector practice. Before moving to the New York office, Rodolphe worked for three years for BCG in the UAE. He has also worked out of the Paris and Morocco offices.

Rodolphe’s recent case experience includes helping a country’s government identify and solve issues in its economic development, setting up a new public statistical agency, launching a national training program to address skill gaps in the young, and implementing a strategic labor-market transformation program for a Middle Eastern country.

Before joining BCG, Rodolphe worked at a startup in Sweden, an SME in France, a multinational corporation in Italy, and a global investment bank in the UK. He is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
