Jennifer Thomas helps lead Executive Coaching by BCG, Boston Consulting Group's program to support and enable senior leaders and leadership teams. Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience developing and coaching C-suite executives, senior leaders, consultants, and non-profit leaders.

Jennifer leads and oversees all coaching engagements across North America for the firm. She has built an extensive cadre of executive coaches, composed of former senior executives from nearly all industry and functional areas, allowing her to customize a coaching offering that matches each leader with the right coach. She also co-designed and delivers an intensive internal BCG coaching certification program to ensure a consistent coaching approach and philosophy focused on helping senior leaders and leadership teams achieve their core organizational/business objectives in the context of transformational change.

As a coach, Jennifer works with individuals in the areas of building and leading high-performing teams, navigating and mobilizing organizations through change, stakeholder management, strategy and vision-setting, and effectively challenges leaders to achieve sustained and meaningful change in both behaviors and mindsets.

Previously, Jennifer served as BCG's North America Regional Director of Learning and Development. Prior to BCG, she worked as a consultant at Price Waterhouse Office of Government services, working with HUD, FDA, and other government organizations.

Jennifer earned her Mastered Business Coaching certification from Meyler Campbell. She is a fellow with the Harvard University of Coaching, and is certified in Hogan and MBTI assessments.
