Jonathan Milde is a core member of the Technology Advantage and Health Care practices areas at Boston Consulting Group. He also has significant experience with industrial goods and consumer goods clients.

His general focus is on IT topics, including extensive experience in pre-merger planning and post-merger implementation. He has led mergers for IT clients in the biopharmaceutical, industrial goods, retail, and technology industries, among others. He also specializes in IT strategy, transformation, and organization and operating model design.

In 2014, Jonathan served as the operations lead during the launch year of Platinion North America, a BCG-owned business initially established to address market demand for risk expertise in financial institutions and implementation leadership for large-scale technology efforts. And in 2017, he supported a strategic expansion of Platinion North America’s digital capabilities.

Prior to joining BCG, Jonathan worked in Accenture’s Communications and High Tech practice, where he worked with telecommunication clients pursuing IT workforce transformations and implementing packaged software solutions.
