Michal joined the Warsaw office of Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He works mainly on projects for financial services companies.
Some of his relevant work experience includes a strategy project for one of the biggest financial groups in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, working on a strategic client segmentation model that boosted client acquisition and cross-sell at a Polish bank, and leading the strategic direction for one of the leading insurers in Poland. He also conducted the post-merger integration (legal and operational) of two major international banks, including integration of IT, sales channels, retail client base, and retail products. In addition, he analyzed market trends, key drivers of growth, competitors landscape, and opportunities for a major Polish bank.
