Alfonso Astudillo is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions (FI) and Consumer practices. He is the Customer Journeys node, the Agile@Scale node, and the Global Advantage node for the firm in spanish-speaking South America. Alfonso is currently focusing on helping B2C clients develop digital and agile capabilities.

Alfonso has supported clients in South America in defining their strategies and objectives and key results (OKRs); designing and launching their agile at scale organization; and designing, building, and commercializing their digital customer journeys.

Before joining BCG, Alfonso worked as research economist in the department of Macro & Growth at the Development Economics Research Group in the World Bank in Washington, DC.
