Beth Viner is a member of BCG X, Boston Consulting Group’s tech build and design unit, specifically leading the team dedicated to end-to-end corporate venturing and business building. She leads BCG X. Ventures in North America and is also a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions and Consumer practices. At her core, Beth is a design-led leader with a deep passion for multidisciplinary teaming and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) through the businesses she builds, also chairing DEI efforts for BCG X globally.

Beth’s recent work has focused on evolving decentralized finance and digital disruption for the finance and personal banking sectors. She is also a leading expert on metaverse applications for consumers and building emerging bets to tap into the potential of Web3. With deep expertise in product and service innovation, experience design, and technology, Beth has led several companies in defining and building their future.

Beth joined BCG in 2018 in the New York office. Prior to joining BCG, Beth was deeply involved in the startup ecosystem as general manager of Kickstarter, and earlier led Interbrand and IDEO as they scaled and navigated expansive growth.
