Carl Andreas Holm joined Boston Consulting Group in 2000. He is a core member of the Energy, Industrial Goods, and People & Organization practices. He is also an expert on large-capital projects.

Carl Andreas’s extensive casework includes clients in the oil and gas (Nordic and global), technology, and utility (including wind energy) industries—operators as well as suppliers. He consults on topics such as business development, strategy, organization, and operations. Carl Andreas directly supports client teams in Russia, the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Middle East, Africa, the UK, the Nordic states, Brazil, and the US.

Before joining BCG, Carl Andreas worked five years in offshore engineering for DNV GL (formerly Det Norske Veritas) and ten years at Norsk Hydro Oil & Gas (later Statoil). He was involved with business development, field development, and management of large-capital projects.
