“We don’t want to act agile, we want to be agile” – that is the difference in short be­tween plainly following agile methodology and adopting this new way of thinking. To implement such a cultural evolution, not only our HR processes such as recruitment, training, and talent management, but HR itself needs to transform radically. This culture change re­quires everyone who shapes human rela­tionships at the company – managers and colleagues alike – to live the values. Credi­bility is at stake.
