Brad Martens is the global leader for Boston Consulting Group’s Growth topic. He is a core member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice has deep expertise in corporate strategy and transformation. Brad is also the office leader for BCG’s Chicago office.

Brad is an expert on high performance operating system design and implementation. He has worked with clients in industries including medical devices, packaging, engineered products, and chemicals on topics such as growth strategy, portfolio strategy, go-to-market strategy, pricing and salesforce effectiveness, M&A due diligence, and post-merger integration.

Prior to joining the firm, Brad worked as a consultant with Ernst & Young LLP, where he specialized in process improvement for the telecommunications industry.
