Caio Anteghini is a core member of the Financial Institutions and Industrial Goods practices at Boston Consulting Group. He joined BCG in 2012, and since then his work has focused on strategic planning and transformation programs.

Caio has supported clients in many locations, but primarily in Brazil and across Sub-Saharan Africa. During his career he has led strategic planning for many clients (banks, oil companies, health insurers, pharmaceutical companies, and agrochemical manufacturers, among others) and supported digital transformation programs by leading multidisciplinary teams in projects to develop digital strategies, explore digital and analytics opportunities, and set up agile ways of working.

Prior to joining the firm, Caio was a consultant at Schlumberger Business Consulting in Paris, and before that, an analyst on the BNP Paribas trading desk in São Paulo. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and French.
