Guillaume Charlin leads Boston Consulting Group’s Paris office. He is a core member of BCG's Consumer practice.

Since joining BCG in 1997, Guillaume has covered strategic and operational issues in consumer products, ranging from mass market to luxury and from food and beverage to fashion. Guillaume has deep expertise in developing brand and growth strategies for consumer products companies. His expertise touches on topics such as demand-centric growth, marketing effectiveness, go-to-market strategies, supply chain, large-scale transformation, and people strategy development. 

Before joining BCG, he worked at Arthur Andersen.
