Kirill Tuishev leads Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice for the Eastern Mediterranean, and Caspian (EMC) region, comprising Azerbaijan, Greece, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.

Since joining BCG in 2006, Kirill has worked primarily on energy topics, advising senior executives of prominent oil and gas and petrochemical companies. His experience includes corporate transformation, large capital project management, operations (procurement, working capital management), people and organization (organizational design, capability building, motivation, and engagement), and strategy.

Kirill’s recent projects have included the transformation of a major Eastern European oil and gas company; implementation of a management system for large upstream project; transition to new organizational structure for a major oil and gas company; and planning, KPI, and compensation systems efficiency improvement for a refining asset for a major oil and gas company.

Prior to joining BCG, Kirill worked as director of strategy and corporate development in the Russian diversified holding company AK BARS. He also worked for seven years as director of finance for V&S Corporation, a US export company.
