Mirko Rubeis is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy and Global Advantage practices and an expert in the oil and gas industry.

Since joining BCG in 2008, Mirko has worked extensively with some of the world’s largest energy and chemical companies on their most pressing challenges, including growth, sustainability, digital transformation, operational improvement, and major organizational change.

His experience has also covered strategy and scenario planning, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger-integration, and international expansions in new markets.

In addition, Mirko has partnered with a wide range of clients on mergers and acquisitions, including target screening and due diligence, as well as the preparation of initial public offerings and the design and management of joint ventures.

Prior to joining BCG, Mirko worked for Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI) as a project manager.
