Over the past decade, many telco B2B units have lost their way. Business customers have more and more needs from technology, especially as services move to the cloud. But B2B revenues are declining or stagnating for many telcos across the globe, whilst the growth goes to other ICT players. Competition (old and new), technologies, and customer demands have shifted profoundly, but many telcos have not.
