Niklas Knust joined Boston Consulting Group in 2018. He is a core member of the Health Care and Insurance practices. He is currently an Ambassador at the BCG Henderson Institute, where he focuses on business ecosystems. 

Niklas is an expert in platform economy, digital transformation, digital health, and advanced analytics. He has worked with clients in the health care, insurance, mobility, media, and retail industries on strategy development, diversification strategies, value-based health care, and large-scale change. He has worked together with BCG Digital Ventures to build a digital health venture for a multinational media company, designed a future mobility strategy for a leading automotive car manufacturer, and worked on digital strategy and digital transformations for several health insurance companies. 

Prior to coming to BCG, Niklas worked for a startup focused on new-work coaching and for the Robert Bosch Foundation.
