He is a leader in commercial and digital strategy development and execution for the consumer products industry, and works with clients to create profitable growth by developing effective commercial, digital, and advanced analytics capabilities.

He has led numerous award-winning commercial and digital transformation programs around the world, from concept to reality, including: commercial, growth, route-to-market strategy, digital transformation strategy, revenue/trade promotions management, commercial spend effectiveness, field sales management, DSD operations, in-store execution, S&OP/demand synchronization, analytics strategy, business-led IT strategy, transformation management, and value assurance.

Before joining the firm, Robert was an Equity Partner at Deloitte Consulting.
