Shenyu Yan leads Boston Consulting Group's Digital Ventures practice in Greater China. He has extensive experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, and digital business innovation and incubation.

Shenyu is committed to helping clients build and grow sustainable and scalable digital businesses. He recently led a multi-year transformation program for a leading online news platform with 300 million active users, covering product strategy, content ecosystem, and user growth. He also launched a community-based ecommerce platform for trending products.

Prior to joining BCG, Shenyu worked for Tencent News as General Manager of Strategy, Data Science, and Commercialization.
