Kazumasa Sakurai began his career with The Boston Consulting Group in 1999. He leads BCG's People & Organization practice in Japan, covering a wide range of disciplines including organization design, structure, talent development, engagement, and change management. He is also a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Consumer and Social Impact practice areas at the firm.
