BCG supported commercial and technical vendor due diligence for capital planning efforts, built a value-based pricing strategy and tool, and developed a go-to-market strategy with segment prioritization, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and a wave-based execution plan—helping better target fintechs, independent software vendors, and banking clients across the US and UK.
A Philippines-based financial services and digital payments company partnered with BCG’s fintech consultants to build a digital bank from the ground up. We supported delivery through launch, including the product build, to ensure product-market fit and scalability. In under three years, the bank reached profitability and is on track to achieve a valuation exceeding $2 billion.
