Raphaël Estripeau is a member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice and the Center for Customer Insight at Boston Consulting Group. He has over ten years of experience in customer centricity, particularly in consumer goods industries (fashion and luxury, consumer packaged goods, retail, and travel and tourism).
Since joining BCG in 2017, Raphaël has worked on marketing, sales, and pricing strategies for key consumer goods corporations (including market development, demand segmentation, innovation and growth strategies); designed customer experience programs for long-term travel, fashion, and restaurant clients; and helped create digital marketing accelerators for clients in several different industries. He has also been an advisor to C-suite and management teams on customer centric methodologies in order to elevate the consumer centricity topic across functions.
Prior to joining the firm, Raphaël was a consumer insight manager at Unilever Global in London. He held multiple positions in the personal care business both globally and locally.
