Takashi Inoue joined Boston Consulting Group in 2025. He is a core member of the firm’s Corporate Finance & Strategy practice.
Takashi advises clients in a wide range of industries on portfolio and business strategy. He has particular expertise in end-to-end M&A, from strategic planning and deal design through execution and post-merger integration (PMI). He also has hands-on experience in new business launches and M&A initiatives within operating companies.
Prior to joining BCG, Takashi worked at a global strategy consulting firm, an energy sector startup, and Toshiba Corporation.
