Vinciane Beauchene is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care, Industrial Goods, and People & Organization practices.

Since joining BCG in 2008, Vinciane has worked with clients across industries on issues related to strategy, transformation, large-scale project management, and human resources.

She has broad experience leading major change-management initiatives, including postmerger integrations, culture enhancements, and large-scale transformations.

Vinciane also has extensive experience in the health care sector, having worked with biopharmaceutical and medtech companies on strategic planning, re-organization, , sales force effectiveness, and expertise and expert-development plans.

In addition, she has teamed with clients on a number of talent-related topics, including talent-planning models, leadership assessment and development programs, administrative function redesigns, and governance reviews.

Prior to joining BCG, Vinciane was a project manager at Mercer.
