Robert Werner is the global lead for Boston Consulting Group's culture transformation work. He has nearly 20 years of experience in leadership, talent, and organizational development. Robert helps clients sustainably develop the culture and leadership capabilities required to successfully drive transformational change.

Robert’s work at the firm has spanned financial services, retail, oil and gas, consumer products, health care, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and industrial goods, among others. He has supported clients with end-to-end culture transformation, change and leadership enablement efforts in the context of enterprise-wide strategic transformations, turnarounds, and mergers and integrations, as well as frontline leader effectiveness programs and redesign of performance management approaches. He is the author or coauthor of numerous BCG publications, including Why the World Needs Generative Leaders—BCG’s flagship perspective on successful leadership in the 21st century.

Robert joined BCG in January 2017 after more than 12 years at Siemens, most recently in a variety of leadership, talent, and organizational development roles, including stints as the Global Head of Siemens Leadership Excellence and Global Head of Learning & Leadership Excellence at Siemens Healthcare.
