Sahil Sanghvi is a core member of the Health Care practice at Boston Consulting Group, an area leader for the US medtech team, and an active member of the biopharma team within that practice. He is also the chair for CDC in Minneapolis, and co-chair for the North American Asian Diversity Network. In addition, Sahil works with clients in the firm’s Industrial Goods and Social Impact practices. He is the office lead for the firm's Minneapolis office.

Sahil’s work with clients around the globe in these industries has been comprehensive, but with a focus on transformational growth topics, including: growth strategy, data-driven portfolio management, emerging market strategy, and go-to-market; as well as organizational design, post-merger integration, and implementation (running PMOs and execution strategy).

Sahil spent a year in BCG's Dubai office as part of the Ambassador Program. He enjoys supporting multinationals and companies around the world, but maintains a keen interest in serving companies supporting the health care ecosystem in the Twin Cities.

Prior to joining BCG, Sahil was a software engineer at Lockheed Martin developing route conversion and trajectory service algorithms on next generation air traffic control systems.
