Since joining BCG in 1998, Felix has worked extensively with clients in the steel and metals industries. He also has deep experience in engineered products, machinery, electrical components, and chemicals. Felix leads BCG's steel sector. He advises companies primarily on issues concerning commercial excellence, cost optimization, and business transformation.
Felix previously led BCG's recruiting efforts and was responsible for the firm’s activities with universities, branding, and the press. Today he serves as a career advisor for BCG staff development.
