Vivek Mandhata is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions practice. He joined the firm in 2015, and has over 13 years of management consulting experience in financial services, including working with banks, fintechs, and insurance companies in the US and India. He leads the payments team for BCG in India.

Vivek has worked with many clients on growth strategy, retail payments, customer journey transformation, SME and retail lending risk, cost reduction, branch optimization, operations digitization, robotics and AI-based automation, financial transformation, and process reengineering.

Vivek's experience also includes developing digital and data led transformation programs as well as helping clients design and set up new digital business models for both traditional clients as well as fintechs.
