Adam Brody is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice. He specializes in B2B pricing for Industrial Goods clients, with a proven track record of delivering durable bottom-line value. Since joining the firm in 2022, he has led multiple end-to-end pricing transformations for leading global distributors, OEMs, and B2B services providers.
Adam is also the firm's lead for automotive aftermarket pricing and AI-driven competitive intelligence, and has built proprietary tools and led dozens of value creation projects for OEMs, distributors, and suppliers with both commercial and passenger vehicles. He has global experience, having supported clients in North America, across Western Europe, and in Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining BCG, Adam was a Director at Carlisle & Company in Boston.
