Adam Gordon joined Boston Consulting Group in 2005. He is a core member of BCG’s Consumer; Operations; and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. Adam also leads the firm’s digital marketing topic for travel and tourism.

Adam’s client work has focused on airline strategy, operations, and transformation. Adam has worked with teams on prioritizing and structuring engagements and developing practical solutions for clients across a range of industries. He also has experience in office-building roles, such as training, recruiting, and business development.

Among his many recent client projects for BCG, Adam worked on the board strategy development for a major global airline and led the business unit turnaround for a leading global commercial vehicle manufacturer. He also ran a cost and complexity reduction project for a large US airline.
