Alex Pattee is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Consumer practice, and leads the firm’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice in Canada. She works extensively with retail and consumer goods clients on strategy and large-scale transformation, with a focus on cost transformation and customer value creation.
Alex has led major programs that redesigned cost structures and improved operational performance in merchandising, stores, and marketing verticals. She also supports growth and customer-centric transformation, including customer insights, value proposition design, and go-to-market strategy. She has experience in retail-led loyalty ecosystems and partnership models.
