Ankit Verma is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Operations practice with over 16 years of consulting experience leading large-scale supply chain and end-to-end operations transformations.
He has experience in supply chain strategy design, end-to-end integrated planning, service-inventory-cost optimization, manufacturing and distribution network strategy, and supply chain digitization including AI and machine learning capabilities.
In addition, Ankit has led overall value enhancement and EBIDTA transformation projects including procurement excellence, value unlock from direct and indirect cost categories, and manufacturing excellence.
His clients have included companies in consumer products (food and beverage, appliances, beauty and personal care, and retail), steel, automotive, cement, building materials, metals/mining, chemical, and logistics.
