Anna Wiącek-Kocot is an IT architecture and function expert at BCG Platinion, a unit of Boston Consulting Group specializing in the design and implementation of business-critical technology solutions. Anna leads technology strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale projects across Central and Eastern Europe with a focus on financial services (including banking and insurance).
Anna joined Platinion in 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in tech consulting, tech and data architecture, and business transformations, she has worked with leading financial institutions and media, health care, and manufacturing companies to align strategic objectives with scalable, future-proof digital solutions. She works closely with CEOs, senior leaders, and board members to navigate tech modernization, digital resilience, and data management.
Anna is committed to having a role in developing the next generation of tech leaders and supporting new talent. Before joining Platinion, Anna held senior consulting roles at Deloitte Consulting and Accenture.
