Bahar Carroll is a lead member of the Climate & Sustainability practice at Boston Consulting Group. She applies the climate and sustainability lens to her work across energy, supply chain, and corporate finance topics. Bahar has experience in engineering process management, chemical procurement, and R&D scale-up. She has worked with cross-functional teams across regions and cultures, including Asia, Europe and the Middle-East.

Bahar’s recent client engagements include supporting BCG's partnership with a major climate fund on a range of strategic topics, including developing a climate impact measurement framework; supporting the transformation office at an energy supplier; developing an ESG strategy for a consumer company including initiatives in packaging decarbonization, and regenerative agriculture; and identifying climate priorities for a US region.

Before joining the firm, Bahar worked at Bemis Associates, a family-run adhesives manufacturer, as the Global Sustainability Manager. Prior to that, she worked as a Product Manager for an MIT-based startup at the intersection of engineering R&D and business, delivering on critical milestones for Fortune 500 clients.
