Benjamin Deschietere is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice at Boston Consulting Group, and an expert in infrastructure, real estate, cities, engineering and construction, and large capital project management. He has advised clients in Belgium, France, the United Arab Emirates, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Benjamin has worked on topics such as economic feasibility of large-scale real estate developments, city and district urban planning, construction excellence, and large capital project management. He works with clients across the entire project lifecycle, from initial economic feasibility to organization and governance, funding, and delivery models.

Before joining BCG, Benjamin worked for three years in Middle East construction as a project and commercial engineer. Benjamin is fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
