Benjamin Dietz joined BCG X, Boston Consulting Group's tech build and design unit, in September 2021. He focuses on principal investors and private equity in the Middle East, particularly agentic and GenAI solutions, setting up AI Centers of Excellence, and deploying high-impact AI solutions in production.
Benjamin has over 15 years of experience in senior management roles and consulting. He is an experienced leader in the application of advanced analytics and AI, from strategy development to industrialization of analytics tools realizing multimillion profit improvements.
Before joining the firm, Benjamin was the VP Advanced Profit Management and AI at Sixt SE, a global mobility company. In this role, he led the team working on advanced analytics and data science solutions for revenue management, capacity planning, and customer frontends. Benjamin also worked for seven years at Roland Berger in Europe and the Middle East.
