Bharath has led end-to-end transformations for a range of industrial goods clients, including companies in industrial materials, paper and packaging, and building materials. He has also led numerous other strategy, commercial excellence, and operations engagements across the industrial goods sector.
Prior to BCG, Bharath spent three years at Caterpillar Inc. as part of its leadership development program, working across supply chain, production, and engineering.
