Bruce Sánchez is the Chief Learning Officer at Boston Consulting Group. He leads learning and development transformation for the firm worldwide, including instituting enterprise-wide learning strategies at scale and driving AI-powered innovation, agility, and business alignment. Bruce manages a large team of learning professionals and is a core member of BCG's global People Leadership Team, partnering with the firm's most senior leaders across the full breadth of BCG's geographies, businesses, specialties, and functions, and serving as a key thought leader and advisor to senior leadership on talent development, organizational upskilling, and learning innovations. 

Bruce was formerly the Global Lead for Sales Learning and Development Technology at Dell Technologies. In this role, he was responsible for envisioning the future of sales learning across direct and channel at Dell and owned the multi-year roadmap and reference architecture for sales enablement technology platforms. Bruce's work designing and deploying innovative AI-augmented seller experiences that increased sales productivity and effectiveness, and the team’s efforts, earned multiple Stevie, Learning Performance Institute, and Brandon Hall awards.

Prior to Dell, Bruce led North America industry sales enablement at Salesforce, and he was also a core part of the business architecture team at Microsoft that pivoted the global sales organization to Azure cloud. As a member of the IT SLT for Life Technologies (acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific) leading M&A Integrations and the Global PMO, Bruce honed his operations and delivery skillset. He has more than 40 years of experience in leadership roles combining sales, learning, and technology.
