Christian Kirschniak joined Boston Consulting Group in 2019. He has over 20 years of consulting experience in digital and technology topics in various industries. His expertise lies primarily in digital leadership, AI, data transformation, and large-scale programs; and his aim is to enable organizations to be more data-driven. He has consulted on, designed, and implemented digital programs in various client environments.

Christian has worked with clients in many industries, including health care, consumer/retail, telecommunications, and automotive. He is dedicated to leading clients to new frontiers by using data to explore new possibilities and business models, as well as to run digitally enabled businesses. He does this by transforming clients’ digital abilities with the underlying concepts of the bionic enterprise: creating business outcomes by combining human capabilities and needs with the possibilities of data and technology.

Prior to joining BCG, Christian was Partner and Head of Data & Analytics at PwC Europe and before that, the Managing Partner for IBM’s data, AI, and analytics consulting business in Europe.
