Christian Mardrus is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach for Boston Consulting Group. As a former senior executive in the automotive and services industries, Christian has expertise in both operations management and IT/digital management. He has led successful transformations in a variety of areas and industries, working closely with top international leaders and focusing on how to motivate teams in changing and critical contexts in order to deliver tangible and measurable results. Christian has worked and lived in Europe, the Middle East, Japan, Africa, India, and the US.
As a member of the Executive Committee of the Renault-Nissan Alliance, Christian led the merger of common functions between Renault & Nissan Groups. As head of the Renault-Nissan common supply chain organization, he was instrumental in building a high performance procurement system that led to competitive advantage after critical situations and shortages. As Renault's CIO, he led the Group IS Turnaround Plan recognized as a benchmark internally and externally.
In his role as Senior Advisor at BCG, Christian is mainly involved in BCG’s Industrial Goods and Technology & Digital Advantage practices, working in different countries in Europe and Asia. As a BCG Executive Coach, he works with international senior leaders from different cultures and different industries. In addition, Christian is active in developing new mobility solutions and is member of the board of different start-ups in this field.
