Clotilde Bégon-Lours is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. She joined BCG in 2011 and specializes in European telecoms and technology companies with a focus on B2B sales and service transformation, customer experience, and strategy. In 2018, Clotilde was on secondment as a Managing Director at BT.

Clotilde works with clients on marketing and sales, operations, post-merger integration, and strategy. Although she focuses on B2B with telco clients, she also has significant experience in B2C. In a recent engagement, she helped define and set up an ambitious transformation program at a global B2B telecom and ICT player, including defining the new operating model for their go-to-market functions—moving them from a purely regional approach to a more customer centric setup—and building a digital transformation plan for service (service delivery and service assurance).
