Daniel Feldkamp is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and People & Organization practice areas as well as of the Center for Digital in Industrials.

Since joining BCG in 2008, Daniel has worked extensively with clients in building materials and mining. His engagements have covered a wide variety of functional topics including digitization, market entry strategy, reorganization, operating model redesign, and asset optimization (AO).

Daniel’s many projects include working with a leading building materials player on a holistic digitization strategy. He also helped launch a new digital venture for a manufacturer of light-side building materials.

Daniel has spent most of his time at BCG working on assignments outside of Germany, including in the US, Canada, Mexico, Chile, the UK, Poland, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and the United Arab Emirates. Before joining BCG, Daniel studied International Business in Nuremberg and Atlanta, GA.
