David Marin is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice.

Since joining BCG in 2007, David has worked extensively with telecom clients throughout Latin America, as well as in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia. His engagements have covered topics such as strategic planning, fixed-mobile convergence, B2B strategy, segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.

David also has deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, and he has led a number of successful postmerger integration efforts in the telecom sector. In addition, he has advised clients on entering large markets such as Europe and the US, and he has developed large-scale transformation programs and pricing strategies for several major telecom players.

Before joining BCG, David was a consultant at Oliver Wyman in Barcelona and Dubai.
