Dominik Keupp is a Global Co-Leader for the Center for Mobility Innovation at Boston Consulting Group. He is a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods and People & Organization practices, and a member of the Center for Digital in Transportation at BCG.
Since joining BCG in 2010, Dominik has worked extensively with leading industrial goods companies. He has deep experience steering large-scale transformation programs. Much of Dominik’s work has focused on cost reduction, reorganization, and efficiency improvement. He is an expert on staff reduction including the legal aspects and negotiations with works councils. Dominik has helped numerous clients design and launch project management offices.
In recent years, Dominik has worked intensively in the digital arena, supporting his clients in defining digital strategies and transformation programs, and implementing digital initiatives. He has hands-on experience in creating digital ventures from the very first ideas to building and scaling the business. Dominik is particularly skilled in agile methodologies in both startup and corporate environments.
Dominik has specific expertise and experience in the urban mobility sector with a focus on mobility innovation and digital business models.
