Dominik Keupp is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and People & Organization practices.

Since joining BCG in 2010, Dominik has worked extensively with leading industrial goods companies with a specific focus on large-scale transformation programs. Much of Dominik’s work has focused on growth acceleration, cost reduction, reorganization, and efficiency improvement. He is an expert on staff reduction, including the legal aspects and negotiations with works councils. He has helped numerous clients design and launch transformation management offices.

Dominik has worked extensively in the digital arena, supporting his clients in defining digital strategies and transformation programs, and implementing digital initiatives. He has hands-on experience in creating digital ventures, from the very first ideas to building and scaling the business. Dominik is particularly skilled in agile methodologies in both startup and corporate environments.

Dominik has specific expertise and experience in the mobility and transport sector with a focus on mobility innovation and digital business models. He is co-founder of BCG’s Center for Mobility Innovation and a member of BCG’s Center for Digital in Transformation.
