Frédéric Geurts is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods, Energy, and Operations practices. He leads BCG’s industrial goods business in the UK-Benelux region, and has 20 years of experience in driving large-scale transformational change across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Frédéric joined BCG in 2016, bringing significant international hands-on experience in metals, mining, oil and gas, logistics, and economic development. He previously spent 12 years with McKinsey & Company and four years leading his own consulting firm, Iqlaa Equity Partners. He also he founded several startups as well as an incubator, developed optimization software programs, and led advanced research in computer science and applied math as a university professor at the Universities of Louvain and Brussels.
