Giovanni Tracia joined Boston Consulting Group's Platinion division in May 2024. He is a core member of BCG Platinion's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice. He advises TMT service providers and senior technology executives on digital and large technology transformations.

Giovanni serves his clients by advising them how to transform their business support systems applications landscape, enabling commercial offering transformation and evolution on assisted and digital channels. He has supported initiatives on productivity improvements, sourcing, cost optimization, go-to-market strategy, process intelligence, and AI automation.

Before joining BCG, Giovanni was CIO at Sky Italia, and before that, a Senior Managing Partner in TMT at Gartner Consulting.
