Grigory Rubin joined The Boston Consulting Group in April 2010. He is the Head of the firm's Industrial Goods practice in Russia and CIS and leads BCG's work in the CIS region in transportation and logistics.

Grigory is an expert in the topics of railways and rail freight, postal logistics, as well as shipping. He has acquired deep experience in corporate and business unit strategy, organizational reengineering, and operational improvement.

His client works includes corporate strategy for Russian Post; a number of projects in the freight and passenger areas for a Russian railway company, and strategy and reorganizational projects for rail operators.

Before joining BCG, Grigory worked at A.T. Kearney and at Strategy Partners in Moscow.
