A core member of the Industrial Goods and Climate & Sustainability practices, Helena Conant leads Boston Consulting Group’s agriculture work for North America, covering topics such as the future of farming and nature positive strategy for food and agribusiness clients. She leads Women in Industrial Goods for the firm’s North American region.

Helena works with clients on a wide range of functional topics in food and agriculture, including growth strategy, marketing and consumer insights, go-to-market and enterprise sales, digital strategy and product build, commercial/supply chain/vendor due diligence, and operating model design.

Her focus is on helping agri-food companies drive competitive advantage in the evolving agriculture space, build resilient supply chains, and accelerate their sustainability goals. She has deep industry experience across the agri-food value chain, from farm inputs all the way through retail store merchandising.

Before joining BCG, Helena focused on private equity due diligence consulting and investment banking.
